We've often heard of the negative side of running a family business, in the sense that it can consume all of the families time and potentially break the filial links, what is your stance on that?
Just like everything in life, I believe in moderation.
I do think that running a family business can be a good way to teach children the value of money and the importance of hard work. The hope isn’t necessarily to have the children to continue running the family business, but to learn the skills to build up whatever passion he finds in life.
